The rooms at Comwell Copenhagen Portside Dolce are super cozy and have a homey feel to them. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi are great for chilling out after a day of exploring. The private bathroom is a nice touch, and some rooms even have a kitchenette!

I wish there were more options in the kitchenette.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious and quality food. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions in the city. I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room provided during my Christmas stay.

The hotel lacked basic amenities in the room, such as a mini-bar and limited toiletries. There were some issues with cleanliness and housekeeping, with cups not being refilled and towels not being replenished.

The hotel's lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated with elegant and comfortable furniture, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. The accessibility for senior people was impeccable, with wide corridors and easy-to-navigate spaces, providing a comfortable and safe environment for us elder guests.

The only thing I would ask for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people is a more attentive and empathetic attitude from the children working there, ensuring they are understanding and accommodating towards our needs.

The hotel is conveniently located near the last stop of the metro, making it easy to get around. It's also situated in a developing harbor neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants. While some rooms have spacious bathtubs, others have well-fitted bathrooms with excellent showers. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is exceptional with a variety of meat, cheese, and bread.

The reception staff could have been more informative during check-in.

Great location at the end of a metro line, easy to access from the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and luxurious toiletries. Convenient wifi, with the ability to cast phone apps on the TV. The nearby Nordhavn area has bars and restaurants on the harbor, and the water bus stop is a lovely way to explore the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although it's located in an area still under development, it was perfectly located for the cruise terminal, with easy access to public transportation just a short walk away. The lobby and restaurant are spacious and inviting, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And we especially appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with its no-plastic policy and use of eco-friendly products.

Loved exploring the trendy area around the hotel with its unique shops and restaurants. The sun terrace was a nice spot to relax. Complimentary wifi and bike parking were convenient.
